Cuup van der Vliet has worked at sea his entire career.  With over 20 years of offshore experience, he started on the satellites on the North Sea and then moved on to working as Rigger Foreman on the first semi-submersible vessel and later, worked his way up to Superintendent on a heavy lifting barge.

Cuup has worked for clients as a Superintendent on one of the largest heavy lifting vessels in the world. He consistently delivers results and has a record as one of the fastest installations for green energy installations on the North Sea.

Cuup has spent his years working with heavy lifts for the oil & gas and green energy industries and can offer a perspective to clients that is invaluable. His insight into the workings of vessels, their teams, sea & weather conditions,  and the lifts themselves, provide clients with the confidence they need to oversee a project and ensure that the working teams are delivering according to the contract in a safe and efficient manner.
